I'm currently displaying via xforwarding from my ssh connection). I AM able to get other simple xapps to display (oh, I'll note too this sameĬorrupt stack problem exists if I try mythtv-setup but then i'm guessing they're using same windowing. To be similar to other graphic level problems I've seen others have yet on some of those it was said 'just ignore it' (which i can't). But I thought I'd let you see if you have any suggestions. And perhaps the differences between the two are why it is failing.

Since this is OSMC not Raspbian, the mythlight didn't install immediately (libcec3 dependency failed) so I had to install a few things from bian I'm trying to use mythtv-light 0.28 installed on an OSMC based raspi3 currently just trying to get front-end to access backend on another system. We also have a DIY tutorial for turning your Raspberry Pi into a media center. Note: Raspberry Pi, Class 10 SD card, and power supply are not included! You’ll need all those to complete your OSMC build. These aren’t required for the Remote Control but it sure helps.

OSMC runs on all models of Raspberry Pi and is available for free download here! For the best performance OSMC recommends a Class 10 SD card, a stable power supply, and at least 1GB RAM for your Raspberry Pi. The RF design means no more line of sight issues – you can operate your media center from any angle! Each purchase of a remote helps support OSMC.
